Valuable insights and perspectives
Over 2 days, we connected with over 40 retail groups through one-to-one meetings and networking. The agenda followed a unique format, combining talks from industry leaders, panel sessions, and ‘speed-dating’ meetings between ICASA and our target retail groups. The 2nd day kicked off with a panel discussion covering harnessing data to improve operational efficiencies and alleviate the rising costs in the industry. A key focus was on taking a customer-centric approach to growth. The discussion provided valuable takeaways and ignited fresh perspectives and ideas shaping the industry’s future.
Building business relationships
This combined with drinks, dinners, and lunches made for a powerful and unrivalled two days of conversations where we shared ideas, and discovered the latest industry developments while building business relationships. We enjoyed connecting with industry peers, discussing challenges fuel retailers encounter today and talking to old and new friends.
